You can check your appointment time on myUCF. As a first-year student, your appointment time for the spring semester is usually available on myUCF in October. Most first-year students will register for their spring classes in November. Registration for current students for the summer and fall semester occurs mid-spring. It is important that you meet with your first-year advisor every semester prior to registering for classes.
Registration appointment times are assigned to students according to their class status and GPA:
- graduating seniors
- specific groups of students (Honors, LEAD Scholars, Scholarship Student-Athletes, etc.)
- seniors with the highest GPA who have completed all portions of the CLAST
- juniors with the highest GPA who have completed all portions of the CLASTseniors with the highest GPA who have not completed all portions of the CLAST *juniors with the highest GPA who have not completed all portions of the CLAST
- sophomores with the highest GPA register next
- then freshmen with the highest GPA register
Certain students may qualify for multiple term registration in the spring. Multiple term registration allows students to not only register for summer and fall but also for the following spring. Students in special programs and students with a 3.5 or higher UCF GPA at the end of the fall (who have also declared a major) will qualify for multiple term registration.
